I was looking for a particular rose known for it's subtle beauty. My search led me to Highgarden. The rose was not in stock so I opted to be notified. I had several concerns about purchasing a live plant online. In perusing Highgarden's selection I saw another rose I'd like and so I took a chance. The rose arrived thirsty as would be expected but it was healthy and took well to my climate. My chance became a plunge and I subsequently purchased 2 more. I was then informed that the original rose I was searching for was in stock. I immediately purchased it because I was now assured my rose would arrive in good shape. It's been several months now and all my Highgarden purchases are healthy. Love.

When I received the roses the Helen Rose did not look good. One branch was yellow green and another branch was brown. The Jude The Obscure rose looked pretty good.
