I received my roses and although one was very healthy looking the other not so. I took pictures and continue to do so as I don’t think it will make it. I sure hope there is a return on that one.
And I’m still waiting to be disappointed. The roses are big and healthy and they really take off after planting. Look forward to buying many more,
This picture is a m/l Highgarden rose after potting compared to a rose from a different vendor, same price.
What s/m roses from Highgarden look like a day after arrival.
The roses arrive with rootballs wrapped in plastic, you’ll need to up-pot right away. Don’t let that scare you, they really take off after potting!
Theyre smaller than i thought they would be but they where packaged well and seem to be thriving
Brilliantly packed, quickly shipped, amazing communication, highest quality plants, you can't wait to shop again!!!
“Lori” & “Inspired by Cappuccino” roses arrived Feb 24 and looked good with several budded branches. “Cafe Latte” was a single branch, no visible buds. All 3 were immediately potted. Within days Lori & Inspired started leafing out and are blooming as of March 28! Cafe Latte never broke dormancy. After reaching out to customer service on 3/9 a replacement was sent (I paid $10 shipping fee) which I received today and immediately potted. The replacement looks healthy and already has leaves. Argel, in Customer Service, was a pleasure to connect with via email being - caring and responsive. If I hadn’t received a dead rose in the initial order I would have awarded 5 stars.
