Beware of 5.5% Cancellation Fee - Even Before Shipping

Cancelled a duplicate order by mistake—hadn't shipped and wasn't due to ship for 3 more months. Still charged 5.5% ($34) as a 'processing fee.'
I wish someone had written this review before I ordered. Life is too short to read fine print, so I'll stick to companies that help their customers spend time smelling the roses instead.
