    Guarantee

At Highgarden Roses, we stand behind the quality of our plants. If your rose fails to survive within the first 30 days, we’ll make it right with a replacement store credit equal to the purchase price.

To qualify, the rose must show clear signs of failure to survive (e.g., brown, brittle canes, no living green tissue). Seasonal changes such as leaf drop, temporary transplant shock, or winter dormancy are not covered, as these are part of a rose’s natural growth cycle.

Please report any concerns within 30 days by emailing us with your order number and photos.

We will issue store credit equal to the replacement cost of the rose, excluding taxes and shipping. Store credit can be used on any future purchases, excluding gift cards. Replacement credits do not expire.

A positive enough experience to order again in the spring

I ordered three roses, and while they were shipped in a timely manner from Highgarden, the USPS is notoriously unreliable with their low tier shipping options. They were ordered July 10 and arrived July 25. Through no fault of the seller, these roses sat at distribution centers within two hours of me for well over a week past their expected arrival date during a time when the heat index was over 100 degrees. By some miracle they arrived still slightly damp and alive! Upon opening the package I was skeptical of the packing materials, but it clearly worked! I immediately hydrated them and planted them in large pots where they are doing well. Kaori Kazari and Midsummer Night do not have any new leaves or growth, but they are still green and healthy. AusJameson on the other hand, has had a lot of new growth and has a healthy bud that will probably bloom within the next two weeks (today's date is 8/14). If these roses survived the trip here during horrible weather conditions, I know they are strong, healthy plants. I do plan to order more varieties in the spring. I am pleased with my overall experience!

    Hi Samantha,

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. We are happy to hear that your experience with our AUSjameson was positive overall. We apologize for any delay in shipping caused by the USPS, but we are glad that the roses arrived in good condition despite the heat. It's great to hear that they are thriving in their new pots, and we hope that they continue to do well for you. We look forward to seeing you again in the spring for more varieties. Thank you for choosing Highgarden and for your valuable feedback.

If you ever need anything else or have any questions, feel free to reach out.

    Warm regards,
    Argel
