I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the last shipment I received. I ordered two Roses, and one one came with rotted leafs and mold on the canes of the rose. I immediately took photos and and sent to them through email. I discarded that rose immediately because I personally do not think think a diseased rose should be sent out to a customer.
Well, they responded back and said I should send the rose back to them before they would issue a refund. After it took almost the whole day for a response.
Long story short, I couldn't return the rose because I had already trashed it, and I didn't think they would ask to send it back after seeing the pictures.
I feel very disappointed because I have orded from this company a lot and even when people complained about issues they have with the roses they received from HGR, I still continued supporting them.
This rose arrived in great condition and has been growing beautifully every day, even in the Georgia heat. This is my second purchase from Highgarden Roses and both are thriving in my garden.
Looking forward to growing these beauties.
I purchased 1 Masora and 1 Cafe Latte, and they arrived in excellent condition. Due to my own circumstances I had to delay planting them for a few days and was worried they would suffer. Thankfully this was not the case, both are doing very well in the garden so far. Very pleased with the whole experience and looking forward to seeing the plants grow and thrive!
