Roses arrived as well rooted cuttings and are doing well.

Once again, I had a five-star experience with my second purchase. The delivery was timely, and the Golden Vuvuzela plant arrived in excellent condition—both in size and health. However, the second rose plant, Wutong Yue, was significantly smaller than expected, lacked visible feeder roots, and showed signs of rot at the base (it has since died).

Despite this setback, I am still giving them five stars because the moment I contacted their customer service, I received an immediate reply along with a refund code for a future purchase to cover the cost of the damaged plant. Their response was prompt, professional, and reflected the good old American values of integrity and customer care.

I am truly impressed and will continue to purchase from them without any hesitation.

David Austin broke my heart by discontinuing a rose that I coveted beyond all others. I couldn't find it anywhere, for years, until I came across it here! Of course I ordered it straightaway (requesting delayed shipment so I don't have that one yet.) Then I noticed this other rose that I wanted, though not so passionately as the first. I placed another order to be shipped without delay. It's small, as expected, but stout and healthy and it was exceedingly well-packaged. I'm definitely keeping an eye on this website to see what else turns up.

This is a very beautiful and special variety I’ve never seen available anywhere else before, the color of the rose is astounding and I can’t wait to experience its exquisite perfume for myself! This rose arrived very healthy and a good size for their medium sized category. It’s a Meilland International rose so I’m sure it’ll be great! AUStijus arrived with a massive root ball, and I can already tell it’s going to grow into something spectacular once the weather warms up! The plant is strong and healthy, and I can’t wait to see those gorgeous peony-like blooms. This rose is the perfect addition to my garden!

Yuzen arrived in excellent condition with several strong, green canes and was even bigger than I expected! I had to get a larger pot just to accommodate its size. I like to pot my roses temporarily to evaluate them before planting them in a permanent spot, and this one is already off to a great start. I’m especially excited to see its uniquely shaped blooms—definitely a standout addition to my garden!

I was blown away by the size of the Auswill rose when it arrived! It had a massive root ball and six thick, healthy canes, ready to take off once spring arrives. While it didn’t have leaves yet, the overall health and vigor of the plant are impressive. I have no doubt this rose will be huge and absolutely stunning once it starts growing. Extremely happy with this purchase!

My rose order came with 4 of 5 roses. I’m sure it was a simple mistake with missing the quantity of two. I contacted Highgarden and they got right back to me and said they would send me the other rose right away. I appreciate how this company communicates with their customers and has great customer service.

We ordered Jude the Obscure and Spirit of freedom from here three months ago. The plants we received were healthy and good size (compared to others ). The root tips are white, indicating they are growing well. We can’t wait to see the first flowers bloom! We also have ordered a few more roses recently and will provide update once we receive those plants to see if the quality is consistently excellent.

Excellent rose bush I received from Highgarden! They put my new tall thick canned own-root, bare root rose in an enriched soil-gallon pot! It is about 12 inches tall above soil. I was very excited to receive it. It already was sprouting many nodes and leaves. I repotted it in a ceramic pot and it’s growing happily now ! Biggest rose from a vendor in the mail, I ever received! I am so happy! Rose arrived in a timely fashion and super healthy! Thank you! Highly recommend! Best seller!
