Hit and Miss

Some of the roses looked good and others were flat out black and dead. It looks like they were in a freezer.

Hi Janice,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Here in the Pacific Northwest, December brings temperatures that are often near freezing, so roses naturally enter a dormant state, which can make them appear less vibrant. Additionally, some varieties may not travel as well during this season due to the lack of sun here in the PNW.

Rest assured, dormancy is a normal part of a rose's life cycle and does not mean the plant is unhealthy. That said, if any of your roses do not survive, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We’re always happy to assist and provide replacement credits where needed.

Thank you for giving our roses a chance, and we appreciate your understanding during this time of year!

Warm regards,
Evelyn
