Misaki Japanese Florist Shrub Rose

It arrived in good condition. Packaged well, no broken stems. I watered it and let it sit on the patio for a day and then potted it up. So far so good. Every rose I have received from heirloom has been is good healthy condition.

My second time ordered from High garden rose .I got some small and medium bushes delivered with well packed and full of new roots growing.

I had decided to expand my purple, mauve and lavender roses and bought 6 different ones. They were Aoi,Solfa,Pablo Vase, Tiara, La Marie and Altered States. All came in healthy and several have buds/blooms. I am pleased with their health and look forward to next spring.

Can’t say enough good things about Highgarden. I’ve never ordered a rose online before and after an attempt with another company that took my money but never sent my rose, I was hesitant. But when I emailed them to confirm my order and ask some questions I was contacted the next day by someone who explained the whole process. Since then they have been AMAZING. My rose , an Ausjo or Jude the Obscure, arrived on Oct 1 in PERFECT condition and is now hanging out in the rose garden making new buddies! I am SO excited about this rose to add to my collection but was also scared. Again, sent an email with questions, got detailed answers, absolutely stellar.
I will ABSOLUTELY order from them again and the tough part now is which variety to order next. Thank You Highgarden for making my first online rose purchase an amazing one.

This is actually the 2nd Moab rose I both from Highgarden Roses. The first one didn’t do so well in the heat, but is still alive. I do want to mention that both came in wonderful condition though. The most recent one has new growth so I’m excited to see it mature.

I ordered a small size, but it was healthy. There was a little bit of dirt that got on the leaves, but overall sturdy stem and healthy roots. I can’t wait to see it grow and get bigger.

I love how Highgarden roses website show pictures roses in different stages and they carry a lot of own root roses even ones that are rare and retired. The website is so user friendly. I purchased over 30 roses in the last 2 years and only one died upon arrival. The customer service is wonderful; I normally get a response same day or next day. If the rose die upon arrival, they normally give you merchandise credit. They were also nice enough to also give me merchandise credit when some of my roses failed months later. So just contact them first before writing a negative review about them. I like that most of my roses still had leaves or had new growth to them and you get to choose the size. I recommend getting the medium or large since the small is very small and would need a lot of attention. My most recent orders of Aushunter, Ausstew, Auswill ,Ausimmon were so healthy and full of leaves with multiple stems and bigger than David Austin 2-quart roses. I totally one hundred percent recommend Highgarden roses.

I bought two separate orders the roses were delivered in good shape despite the hot summer we have in Texas. My roses are all putting out new growth and I had the chance to make a small bouquet out of them. I would highly recommend ordering roses from Highgarden.
