All the roses came in great condition! They all looked so healthy & transplanted well. My only complaint is the lack of sustainability aspect of their packaging. The roses were all packaged using USPS envelops, tape, & plastic bubble wrap. I’d suggest wrapping the roses in compostable biodegradable compost bags & contractor’s paper or something. It was a bit jarring when compared to Heirloom Roses, whose packaging is nearly 100% compostable. It’s always great when we can chuck packaging into compost bins that’ll eventually feed the garden.
Lastly, I think it would be really nice if the packaging came with instructions on optimal rose care. I’ve done plenty of research on best practices so I wasn’t flying blind when I planted my roses, but others might not. These roses aren’t cheap, so the inclusion of some instructions really sends a strong message to the customer—that the company cares about setting up the the customer for success. Just something to think about!

We also appreciate your comments regarding our packaging. Sustainability is important to us, and your suggestions about compostable materials are very helpful. We’re continuously reviewing our packaging methods, and feedback like yours plays a big role in helping us improve in this area.
Regarding care instructions, we actually include a care guide in our packaging via a QR code for easy access. That said, we understand that a more visible or printed guide can be helpful as well, and we’ll definitely take your suggestion into consideration as we look for ways to improve the overall experience.
