2 more roses for the collection

Got two more roses on this my 2nd order, the pink o hara rose came in looking pretty good but the Traumerei rose came in with only two canes and one of them was snapped! It was not a fresh snap either this clearly happened a long time ago because the snap was half way healed and browning, unfortunately it completely snapped in half as I unwrapped it and now it’s only down to 1 cane. I emailed them about this and the customer service lady was nice enough to partially refund me with a coupon for my next purchase. I’m glad they value their customers which is why I’m giving them a 4 star mostly positive review

Hi James,

Thank you for your recent order and for your feedback. We appreciate your continued support and are glad you were satisfied with the pink O'Hara rose and our customer service.

We sincerely apologize for the condition of the Traumerei rose. While we strive for the highest quality in our products and packaging, sometimes issues can occur. In light of your experience, we offered you a full refund with a free return or a coupon for your next purchase, which is 60% off your rose and you chose the coupon option. We were under the impression that you were 100% happy with our resolution as you expressed no dissatisfaction throughout our communication.

As a small business, every review significantly impacts our reputation and ability to grow. We noticed that you have already placed another order with us, and we thank you for your continued trust. We are committed to providing you with the best possible experience and would greatly appreciate it if you could leave us positive reviews in the future to reflect our efforts to make things right.

Thank you for your understanding and support.

Best regards,

Evelyn
