Possibly the Best White Wedding Rose I’ve ever seen!

I’ve had this rose White O’Hara for about 7 months now and it was a small little thing when I got it with just 2 canes, it grow fairly fast and is now 4x the height it was when received, hasn’t bloomed alot yet but the blooms I have gotten off of it so far have been nothing less then divine! They are fairly large, smell WONDERFUL, last quite a while on the bush, long stemmed and have interesting shades of pink, cream, white and green all on the same flower. It is also highly resistant to disease which is another added bonus. I ripped out a “The Finest” & “Sugar Moon” rose I had in this spot previously and replaced them with this because it’s SO much better in every way. Looking forward to many years of enjoyment from this variety and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good healthy fragrant long stemmed white rose for their gardens 👍

Hi James,

It's fantastic to hear about your positive experience with your rose! It’s great that it has grown so much in just seven months and that you're enjoying the divine blooms with their beautiful shades and wonderful fragrance. The resistance to disease is definitely a big plus, and it sounds like you made a great choice in replacing your previous roses. Wishing you many more years of enjoyment and stunning blooms from this lovely variety!

If you ever need anything else or have any questions, feel free to reach out. Thanks again for choosing Highgarden Roses!

The plant came looking really rough and almost dead with crunchy leaves and the root ball was shrink wrapped. I’ve planted it in a 5 gallon pot as of now but it’s still struggling.

Hi Riddhi,

Thank you for sharing your concerns. In the PNW area, especially as fall sets in, we experience a noticeable drop in sunlight. This can sometimes cause roses to lose some leaves during transit, especially since they’re packed in a box and miss out on sunlight for a few days.

The good news is that as long as the canes are still green, they have a strong chance of bouncing back quickly with some time to settle in. If you’re at all concerned, please don’t hesitate to send us a few photos – we’d love to evaluate and give you tailored advice. And just to reassure you, if there are any further issues and the plant doesn’t make it, we’re more than happy to provide a replacement.

If you ever need anything else or have any questions, feel free to reach out. Thanks again for choosing Highgarden Roses!

Best regards,
Evelyn
